My name is Gretchen Findlay. I am the volunteer manager at Open Table, a regional food relief organization in Maynard. We are currently looking for high school students to come spend two weeks with us this summer and participate in our Summer Student Internship Program.
The Open Table Summer Student Internship Program provides the opportunity for young people to get involved with Open Table and gain first-hand experience in non-profit food relief through volunteering and giving back to their community. Students will work with staff to stock our Fresh Market Pantry, prepare and distribute thousands of pounds of food and create fresh meals for distribution from our surplus donations, while developing leadership, teamwork, workplace, and civic participation skills.
Open Table Summer Internship Program sessions are 40 hours over 2-weeks starting June 19th running Monday to Thursday 11am-4:30pm. There is some flexibility in the hours and students are welcome to apply to participate in more than one session.

Session 3: July 22 - August 1
Session 4: August 5 - August 15
