Description: Sudbury Track and Running for Youth Development (STRYD) is a youth sports organization based in Sudbury, MA aimed at fostering a love for track and field among athletes from the ages of 5 to 11. Founded in 2023 by parents and former athletes, STRYD aims to develop sound fundamentals, confidence, team work, sportsmanship, and camaraderie among children across all abilities and backgrounds.  See information on the sign up page.
