Work Permits

All students seeking to obtain a work permit must fill out a Work Permit Application.

After downloading and completing the work permit application:

• Either send the application to workpermit@lsrhs.net, or bring it to the LS main office.

• Please note: proof of age is necessary to complete the permit.

• If you’re a current LSRHS student, your date of birth is on file in Aspen so no need to bring additional documents.

• If you are a non LSRHS student, you must contact workpermit@lsrhs.net  to schedule an appointment to submit your application. A copy of your birth certificate or a passport as proof of your DOB will be required.

Once you have dropped off your application, you will be informed when you can return to pick up the work permit.
