Farm Ambassador at Drumlin Farm:

Would you like to learn the secrets of weasels?  Have you ever seen a snake egg?  We are looking for enthusiastic volunteers who are interested in learning about the natural world and sharing that information with others.  You will be trained on interactive kits covering subjects such as birds of prey and mammals.  You will then share these kits with our farm visitors through our free drop-in educational programs.  Suggested commitment is two weekend days a month, three hours per day, from June through October.  Teens, age 16 and older, and adults welcome!  Can be used for community service hours, if in high school.  Phone interview and on-site training required. Contact Pam Sowizral at psowizral@massaudubon.org or 781-259-2205 if interested.
