Marijuana Use in Teens: A Dangerous Neurotoxin or a Harmless Recreational Substance? – November 9, 7:30PM Lecture Hall
Monday November 9: Marijuana Use in Teens: A Dangerous Neurotoxin or a Harmless Recreational Substance? 7:30PM in the Lecture Hall
Rick Cresta, from the Boston University School of Social Work, will present the most current research and facts around marijuana. His presentation will attempt to dispel the myths around marijuana use and discuss some of what is still unknown about its effects. Connections encourages parents to bring their students with them so that everyone will have the same information when discussing this topic around the dinner table. Time permitting, Rick’s presentation will be followed by a community discussion on this highly relevant topic. This event will be held in the lecture hall at LS.
