Final Project

Your final project will be to make a site that sells something or represents an organization. It can be fake or real. If you cannot think of anything else, make up an online store, and create a website for it. Make sure you choose a project where you will be able to create the media (pictures, photos, movies). You cannot take images from the internet for your final project. Your final project is due on Friday, June 12. During the following week you will present your project to the class.

You may not use images of your classmates or other LS students without permission. You may not take images off the internet - you must make or take all images yourself!

Your content must be appropriate, in the opinion of the teacher. If you are asked to remove something the teacher finds offensive, you will still have to complete the assignment.

The Assignment

Create a final project, so that:

Your final project includes at least five pages, one homepage and 4 pages linked to the homepage.

The pages should have a common theme and layout. One navigation bar should be common to all the pages, so that from any page you can get to any other page.
Your final project is saved in its own folder inside of your web folder, with any images, sounds, and media for the final project saved in this new folder.
Your final project is well-designed (easy to view, read, and navigate) and well-edited (no grammatical errors and spell check is used). There should be a significant amount of information on each page!
Your final project includes (a) links, (b) images, (c) varied texts and background colors, AND at least 4 of the following:

a Dreamweaver layout
an external style sheet
sounds
a movie
animations
rollovers
advanced features not learned in class - behaviors, a form, etc.
