WHAT IS THE STUDENT ASSISTANCE TEAM(STAT)?
STAT provides confidential procedures for:
identification, assessment, referral and post treatment support for students with substance issues.
Many students who use substances undergo physical and emotional changes which may impact school attendance, classroom behaviors, and/or academic achievement over time. School personnel are encouraged to seek help for such students by making confidential referrals to STAT. Referral forms are available on ipass forms, in the clinical counseling suite or from MJ Walsh. Further participation by the referring individual is strictly optional.
