Mediators are a diverse group of students, faculty and staff who represent all grades, racial and ethnic backgrounds and cliques in the school.

Students are chosen through an application process and are selected by the adult mediators with input from the faculty and administrators. Once selected, mediators participate in a three day intensive training and follow-up training meetings.
