ADVANCED CHEMISTRY

Full year course - 4 credits

Open to: 11-12
Prerequisite: Successful completion of CHEMISTRY 1 with a grade of B
Instructor approval necessary if grade requirement not met.

The intent of this course is to offer the student a college level course in terms of
both the depth of the material covered as well as the level of responsibility
expected. This course will use a first year college text and cover much of the same
material as taught in a standard first year college chemistry course.
