Serving the community for 47 years, the Lincoln-Sudbury Regional High School Student Exchange Committee was founded in 1958. The committee seeks to promote international understanding through international student exchange. The Committee sponsors a program for international students to attend high school at LSRHS for a full year. The Committee also has an Ambassador Program for LSRHS students who participate in a summer home stay, semester or full academic year in a foreign country. Other activities include a school-to school group exchange between LSRHS and a high school in Herdecke, Germany and a one year exchange program between Cheadle Hulme School in Manchester, England and LSRHS. During the year the committee arranges events to encourage interaction among the visiting students and members of the Lincoln and Sudbury communities. The committee supports the student club, International Connections. This student group promotes international cultural awareness, and believes that to gain a broader perspective about the global community, one must experience international relations on a personal level. The committee is comprised of residents from Lincoln and Sudbury, parents of LSRHS students and staff from the high school. We are always looking for new members so please contact us if you would like to get involved.
