FLIGHT INFORMATION: Boston

***Please read very carefully; the buses will not wait for you on Thursday morning!!***

FLIGHT INFORMATION: March 6th  – March 8th: Leaving from Boston on AirTran

Thursday, March 6th:

            Students arrive at L-S:                          3:30 a.m.

      Buses depart from L-S:                         3:45 a.m.

            Boston Students: Be at the airport by 5:00 a.m.

           AirTran Flight 348 departs Logan Airport:         6:10 a.m.

Please be advised that AirTran has been changing the flight times around, so check www.airtran.com for updated schedules.  However, the time that you should arrive at L-S will NOT change.

Saturday, March 8th:

            Students return to hotel:                         By 2:45 p.m. at the VERY LATEST!       

            AirTran Flight 923 departs from BWI:     5:30 p.m.

            Flight 923 arrives in Boston:                     6:56 p.m.
           
            Buses return to L-S:                                 8:30 p.m. (approximately)

If our return flight is delayed, parents should be at Lincoln-Sudbury approximately sixty minutes after our arrival in Boston.
