Vocal Jazz

Vocal Jazz is a vocal ensemble of 8-12 students selected by audition, and is made up of some of the best singers at L-S. Students in any major music department ensemble are eligible to audition. Vocal Jazz performs a variety of complex SATB music from the jazz, Broadway, and popular repertoires. Vocal Jazz rehearses on Mondays, 2:45-4 pm, and Blue Fridays during Block 4 or 7. Ladies wear black halter-top diamante dresses, while men wear the traditional tuxedo.
