Choral Director

Michael Bunting began as L-S choral director in the fall of 2010.

Previously, he has taught in the Springfield, Reading, and Gardner, MA public school systems. An active choral singer, he has sung with the Choral Art Society of Portland, ME, and with Masterworks Chorale in the Boston area. He has visited, observed, or performed at high schools in Maine, New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Connecticut, New York, and North Carolina.

Mr. Bunting holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Music Education from the Berklee College of Music in Boston, and recently completed his Master’s of Music in Choral Conducting at the University of Southern Maine with Dr. Robert Russell.
