PT CRUISER ended up being about 2 minutes of action. Kyle Brandse and
I shot about 11 minutes of footage. The shooting took us a little over
an hour. Every shot was pre-planned in the storyboard.
I wasn't sure that every shot in my storyboard would work, so we shot
a few "safety" versions of shots that I knew would work if the
shot I planned in the storyboard didn't. There was 1 shot that did not
work because it clearly broke the "screen direction" rule (ask
me about it). When I say 'work' or 'did not work' I mean in terms of continuity
between the shots. The final version has 17 shots total.
There is one big continuity flaw - see if you can spot it.
