Multiple Intelligences

The theory of multiple intelligences, promoted by Howard Gardner and others, subscribes to the notion that humans possess not one, but eight types of intelligence. Teaching to more than one intelligence allows more learners to flourish, as individual thinkers have strengths and weaknesses in various areas of thought.
