Coach JK Park is once again helping run Soccer Nights. He is seeking coaches for a five-day, evening summer soccer clinic for children in Greater Boston who otherwise could not afford to attend such a program.

To participate in any fall sport, students must submit the following:

  1. Permission to Participate Form (2 sides)
  2. Athletic Fee (link to online payment)
  3. Physical (dated July 25, 2010 or later)
    submitted to school nurse
  4. Concussion Form
