
On Tuesday, January 30, 2007, Bullfinchs turned over the kitchen to the
Lincoln-Sudbury Culinary Club for a charity dinner event showcasing the talents
of these rising culinary stars. Under
the supervision of Bullfinchs Chef-Owner Scott Richardson, the Lincoln Sudbury
High School students prepared and served a four-course dinner. Chef Scott Richardson
worked closely with the students beforehand to create a menu, manage the
planning process, promote the evening, and carry out the dinner details while
educating the students about the restaurant business and food service fundamentals. The
students demonstrated their creativity, ambition, and menu presentation.
All proceeds from the event went to the Sudbury Community Food Pantry.
All of the wine for this
wonderful evening was graciously being donated by MacKinnon’s
Sudbury Wine Warehouse.
