Navigating the Servers
As mentioned before, you can navigate to the folders of all staff and students. First you must know what server their files are on. Then, on the Finder menu bar you will click Go and scroll down to Connect to Server. Pick a server and enter your password and you're there.
You can navigate to student accounts the same way. Just pick the server that corresponds to their year of graduation instead of the staff server.
