iPass
Lincoln-Sudbury uses iPASS (Pupil Administrative Software System) developed by IMG (Information Marketing Group) for its SIMS (Student Information Management System). Seth Weiss customizes the features of this web-based software package for specific and specialized LSRHS uses. iPASS is a comprehensive, completely integrated, browser- based student administrative software solution that will transform any school or district into an educational gateway. Your iPass account and password are a third set of logins/passwords you will have for LSRHS educational technology purposes (your network account and your First Class email account being the other two). These are all separate accounts. You will need to change your password to your iPass account independent from changing your other two passwords. Again, pick something that is easy for you to remember, but hard for others to guess.
When you log into iPASS. You see a calendar of events (see below). Click on Preferences to customize the view of the calendar to your liking. Notice the different tabs. You can also create personal events on your calendar much as you would in the physical plan book.
On the left of the iPass screen you have a variety of different choices (see below). Most of the menu items are self explanatory. It’s best to click on each menu item and experiment. Every classroom has a computer so you can enter attendance at the beginning of each class.

If you need to schedule one of the conference rooms or other shared facilities at L-S. You should see if it is available using this feature. If it is you should e-mail Pam Shreve (Superintendent/ principal administrative assistant) to schedule the use of the room.
